is now offering fun, energetic and exciting classes for youth!
Birthday Parties
We are now offering Kids Birthday Parties designed specifically for your unique child. You can choose a theme and we will help create a party for you. It can be anything from an energy blasting dance party, to a yoga trip to the jungle, or even something entirely different. Whatever it is, it’s sure to be a crowd pleaser!
Parties range from 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Kids Hip Hop
Kids will be exposed to original dance styles, with an infusion of new moves that will build their dance experience and confidence, as well as building cardio, strength and coordination. With a variety of the newest hip hop music, this youth oriented class is a great way to have fun, release some energy and feel great while picking up a few key dance moves!
The age ranges for this class will be 4 – 8 years old as well as 9 – 12 years old.
The class length will range from 30 minutes to an hour depending on age as well.
Teen Hip Hop
In the same spirit as the kids class, Teen Hip Hop will offer a variety of dance combinations suitable for anyone aged 13-18. This class has a very fun environment, and will help teens to get back into a group dance setting that is suitable for everyone from beginners to trained dancers!
This class runs for 45 minutes, currently from 4:15 – 5:00 p.m. on Tuesdays.
Kids Zumba
This class combines aerobics and dynamic and exciting latin dances that are easy to follow, with new hit music and a fun, high energy atmosphere! Kids Zumba is a wonderful way to get active and doesn’t require any dance experience.
The age ranges for this class will be 4 – 8 years old as well as 9 – 12 years old.
The class length will range from 30 minutes to an hour depending on age as well.
Kids Yoga
Although children’s busy lives can often be stressful, Kids Yoga can help counter these pressures. When children learn techniques for self-health, and relaxation, the also learn to approach daily challenges with ease. Yoga at an early age encourages self-esteem and body awareness with a physical activity that’s noncompetitive and fosters a more calm approach to life. Kids Yoga enhances their flexibility, strength, coordination, concentration and relaxation. Doing yoga, children exercise, and play, while connecting more deeply with the inner self.
The age ranges for this class will be 4 – 8 years old as well as 9 – 12 years old.
The class length will range from 30 minutes to an hour depending on age as well.
Family Classes
Spend some time with your child doing something that will not only create memories, but will teach them to maintain a healthy, active lifestyle.
PD Day Activities
This will be a variety of Kids Hip Hop, Yoga and Zumba as well as other activities to keep your little one busy while they are off from school!
Our instructors have worked in schools, with sports teams, and in our studio with kids. We have a passion for finding fun and interesting ways to keep kids healthy by staying active!
