IMPORTANT! Pilates Intro : This class is a must for anyone who has never taken Pilates – No matter what your fitness level. The focus is on correct body alignment, flexibility, and proper use of the abdominals. The class is gentle, and we progress slowly to ensure that a proper foundation is in place (via pilates fundamentals) before progressing to the next level. New HI Sculpt is an intense 30 minute workout that is considered to be much more effective than normal cardio/sculpt because the intensity is higher and you are able to increase both your aerobic and anaerobic endurance while burning more fat than ever before. This class is perfect that what maximum results in half the time.

New Hula Hooping – It’s not just for kids and it’s a fun way to strengthen your core muscles and if you want a change from pilates or yoga, why not give hula hooping a try? The hula hoop can effectively trim your waist, hips, and thighs, build abdominal and lower back muscles, and give your cardiovascular system a work out. Some other benefits of Hoop Dancing encompass BODY, MIND, and SPIRIT: The body’s muscles and organ systems are
stimulated, improving their function; The mind expands through learning a skill that is

Zumba : Zumba fuses hypnotic latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic workout system that will blow you away. Zumba Fanatics achieve long term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exhilarating hour of caloric-burning, heart-racing, muscle-pumping, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life!

Pole Fit Stretch : We’ve mixed pilates exercises with deep pole stretches. This class is a must for those who want core conditioning and want to get deeper into stretches. The pole is like an assisted stretch, increasing flexibilty and reducing tension in the body.

Power Ball : A class that will work the whole body you will focus on core, but upper body strength will play a key role in this class. Using a pilates ball you will learn to hold poses that will challenge you to the max! Get ready to tone and strenghten from your head to your toes!

Fusion Sculpt : Anything goes. This class is for those who want an intense workout, is open to all levels. Its a combination of strength training, pilates, and dance. Come to the class with an open mind and be ready to tone and strenghten major muscle groups using weights.

Kick It : This is a great class for getting fit and taking out your frustrations. We are combining a great kick boxing class with pilates core workout. You’ll get cardio, toning and stretching in all the right places with this hot new class.

Pilates Sculpt : This is a perfect combination of traditional pilates and weights. This class is designed to increase strength and tone within the body. Strengthening & toning for the major muscle groups using weights, your own body resistance & resistance bands & includes an intense abdominal (pilates) routine. This class is a blend of our pilates and bootcamp.

Pilates : Open to all Levels. Tone your legs, buttocks, abs, back and arms in this total body conditioning class. Classes will incorporate the use of small equipment such as the Stability Ball, Fitness CircleTM, Flex-bandTM and mat based exercises. Recommended for all levels of fitness, however, clients should have a basic understanding of the Pilates method.

20/20/20 : (Core/Sculpt/Stretch) – We’ve mixed pilates exercises & boot camp sculpting with deep pole stretches. This class is a must for those who want core conditioning and want to get deeper into stretches. The pole is like an assisted stretch, increasing flexibilty and reducing tension in the body.

Pole Fit : Our Pole fit class is a great full body workout from head to toe. We use the pole to gain upper body strength, core strength and of course the legs. We use light weights as well to help tone the muscles. Get ready for a fantastic workout!

Yoga Flow : Yoga Flow is appropriate for all levels of yoga experience. Our instructors will simply teach to the level of the students in the class and use modifications when necessary. Prerequisite: none.

Power Yoga : It is for those who have experience with yoga. It is a wonderful detoxifing class that will challenge you (be prepared to sweat). This class is ashtanga based with a blend of yoga flow and verticle yoga (yoga on the pole). This class is a must for those who wish to increase strength and flexibility while reducing stress.

Stroller Fit
Looking to get in shape or stay in shape after the arrival of your children? Don’t have time to get to the gym or don’t have childcare while you’re there? Stroller Fit is for you! Come and join us for a great workout with your stroller. Exercises include: short distance walking, body weight resistance training, weight training, crunches, stair climbing, pilates, surprises and much more. Bonding time for you, and your baby/child!
Prenatal
Prenatal class helps pregnant women maintain strong muscular balance for pregnancy. As well, women practice exercises that will help them endure the physical demands of labor. Prenatal exercise can make you less susceptible to constipation, swelling, leg cramps, varicose veins, fatigue, and extra weight gain. Research has also shown that active pregnant women in the 1st trimester reduce their chance of miscarriage by up to 40%.
Yummy Mommy
Babies Welcome! Get your body moving and exercising the Pilates & Yoga way… baby in tow. Atmosphere is casual and you are encouraged to participate according to baby’s needs. A great way to get in shape and meet new moms.
Mom & Daughter
This class offers you a wonderful way to spend time with your daughter while teaching a healthy lifestlye. In this class we will blend pilates, yoga, sculpt, dance and pole work. Be prepared to have fun and get fit.
Kids Yoga Dance
Is a unique approach to integrative learning using yoga as a pathway. Children learn invaluable skills that set the groundwork for meeting challenges and growing strong physically, mentally and emotionally, cultivating self-esteem for a lifetime of successful achievement. The class consists of yoga and dance.
This class is for 4-7yr olds.
Family Dance
Is a wonderful way for you and your child to spend time together in a fun and relaxing way. With both of you learning techniques and creating memories that will last a lifetime.
This class is for ages 6 and up.
Fit Pregnancy
Specialized matwork exercises to build overall strength and support postural changes. This class will leave you feeling strong, streamlined, and supported from the inside out. Pregnancy never felt so good!
Girls Teen Fit
The Teen Program is set to rock and roll in the upcoming fall season! Imagine teenage girls growing into their changing bodies with incredible confidence and a high level of self-esteem. A SF Teen Class provides a 1-hour weekly workout that incorporates flexibility, muscle toning, pole gymnastics and great music without the sexuality. This is about a teenage girl being comfortable and strong in her own changing body at a time when it’s easy not to be.
For ages 13 to 17 yrs.
Private Classes
In the comfort of the hands of a certified Pilates or Yoga instructor, you will be guided in each and every movement in a private one-on-one session. THE RESULT:
  • Experience new levels of awareness in each posture.
  • Alignment corrections.
  • May prove to be one of your best Pilates experiences.
Closed groups, semi-private and private classes are available by appointment. Before joining a drop-in class, a 3 class introductory package must be taken. Drop-in students may attend only if space allows. Please phone ahead.
Semi Private Classes
To book a semi-private it is best to have a friend who wants to do it with you and come up with times that you are both available. Once you know what day and time you want please call us and leave this information with us including your name, number and a good time to call you back.
If you do not have someone to do Pilates with but still want a semi-private please call us and leave the day and time you want, your name and number, and your fitness level and we will try to find you a partner.
For Private and Semi-Private sessions, if you need to cancel we need a minimum of 24-hour notice or you will be held responsible for the full payment.
