The focus is on correct body alignment, flexibility, and proper use of the abdominals. Pole Fit Stretch : We’ve mixed pilates exercises with deep pole stretches. This class is a must for those who want core conditioning and want to get deeper into stretches. The pole is like an assisted stretch, increasing flexibilty and reducing tension in the body.
Power Ball : A class that will work the whole body you will focus on core, but upper body strength will play a key role in this class. Using a pilates ball you will learn to hold poses that will challenge you to the max! Get ready to tone and strenghten from your head to your toes!
Fusion Sculpt : Anything goes. This class is for those who want an intense workout, is open to all levels. Its a combination of strength training, pilates, and dance. Come to the class with an open mind and be ready to tone and strenghten major muscle groups using weights.
Kick It : This is a great class for getting fit and taking out your frustrations. We are combining a great kick boxing class with pilates core workout. You’ll get cardio, toning and stretching in all the right places with this hot new class.
Pilates Sculpt : This is a perfect combination of traditional pilates and weights. This class is designed to increase strength and tone within the body. Strengthening & toning for the major muscle groups using weights, your own body resistance & resistance bands & includes an intense abdominal (pilates) routine. This class is a blend of our pilates and bootcamp.
Pilates : Open to all Levels. Tone your legs, buttocks, abs, back and arms in this total body conditioning class. Classes will incorporate the use of small equipment such as the Stability Ball, Fitness CircleTM, Flex-bandTM and mat based exercises. Recommended for all levels of fitness, however, clients should have a basic understanding of the Pilates method.
20/20/20 : (Core/Sculpt/Stretch) – We’ve mixed pilates exercises & boot camp sculpting with deep pole stretches. This class is a must for those who want core conditioning and want to get deeper into stretches. The pole is like an assisted stretch, increasing flexibilty and reducing tension in the body.
Pole Fit : Our Pole fit class is a great full body workout from head to toe. We use the pole to gain upper body strength, core strength and of course the legs. We use light weights as well to help tone the muscles. Get ready for a fantastic workout!
Yoga Flow : Yoga Flow is appropriate for all levels of yoga experience. Our instructors will simply teach to the level of the students in the class and use modifications when necessary. Prerequisite: none.
Power Yoga : It is for those who have experience with yoga. It is a wonderful detoxifing class that will challenge you (be prepared to sweat). This class is ashtanga based with a blend of yoga flow and verticle yoga (yoga on the pole). This class is a must for those who wish to increase strength and flexibility while reducing stress.
This class is for 4-7yr olds.
